About Real-izing Wholeness

There are many ways of going about DOing the Sacred Work of BEing Human.

Physically, we eat and drink, we work and play, we create and rest.  We move, we sleep, and we live our lives alone, together in family, community, and in circles – circles of friends, circles of co-workers, circles of group members.  This aspect of our BEing brings us experiences and events to think about, to feel about, to celebrate.

Our Mind offers us space to think about things (literally…the left side of our brain is committed to the process of thinking about things).  Our Mind also offers us space to have an emotional response to things (again, literally, as the right side of our brain is devoted to our emotions and the way we feel about what we’ve just experienced).  Our Mind helps us to organize the experiences of our lives into understandable snippets that contribute to the Story of Our Lives.

Spiritually, we live into our bodies and our minds as we watch sunsets, smell flowers, share a meal, or paint a picture, sculpt a statue.  We worship when we serve, we heal when we care, and we have the power to make our corner of The World a better place just by BEing Who We Are.  We bless and are blessed by the Unseen Things of This World – Love, Peace, Unity, Harmony, Balance, Honor, Integrity, Compassion, and Mercy.

Real-izing Wholeness is a process that is committed to bringing All of Our Pieces together.

As a Mental Health professional, I am devoted to You as You DO Your Sacred Work of BEing Your Wonderful, BEloved Self.
